摘要

耐磨衬板是物料运输设备中的重要抗磨损部件.通过对材料耐磨性、陶瓷材料特性和传统陶瓷耐磨衬板使用寿命的分析,设计了一种新型陶瓷耐磨衬板,在某码头皮带机料斗内壁安装使用,其使用寿命较传统陶瓷耐磨衬板大幅提高,同时可以减少设备停机次数和维保工作量,降低设备运行成本.

Abstract

Wear-resistant liner is an important anti-wear component in material transportation equipment.Through the analysis of material wear resistance,ceramic material characteristics and traditional ceramic wear-resistant liner service life,a new type of ceramic wear-resistant liner is designed and installed in the inner wall of the hopper of a wharf belt conveyor,and its service life is greatly improved compared with that of traditional ceramic wear-resistant liner,and at the same time,it can reduce the number of equipment stoppages and maintenance workload,and reduce the operating cost of the equipment.
