针对连续式链斗卸船机取料头链斗导向架存在的直导轨端头崩裂、导轨使用寿命短、弧轨架受塌料冲击容易脱落失效等问题,对导轨构建三维模型并进行有限元分析,找出导轨崩裂失效原因并提出针对性改进措施;分析弧轨架失效原因,提出了优化对策.优化后,解决了导向架不稳定的问题,提升了设备的稳定性及运行效率,对L型取料头链斗导向架稳定性结构设计、维护改进具有参考借鉴意义.
Failure Analysis and Modification Plan of Chain Bucket Guide Frame for Continuous Ship Unloader
Aiming at the problems of straight guide rail end cracking,short guide rail service life,and easy detachment and failure of arc rail frame under the impact of collapsing materials in the continuous chain bucket ship unloader's material taking head chain bucket guide frame,a three-dimensional model of the guide rail is constructed and finite element analysis is conducted to identify the causes of guide rail cracking and failure,and targeted improvement measures are proposed.Analyze the reasons why the installation of the arc rail frame is unreliable and prone to failure,and propose optimization measures.After optimization,the problem of unstable guide frame is solved,and the stability and operational efficiency of the equipment are improved.This has reference value for the stability structure design,maintenance and improvement of the guide frame of the L-shaped feeding chain head chain bucket guide frame.
