自动化轨道吊高压柜远程倒闸操作控制系统设计

针对目前集装箱码头自动化轨道吊远程倒闸操作智能化程度低、影响设备运维效率且存在作业安全隐患等问题,提出一种高压柜远程倒闸操作控制系统改造方案.在对系统关键技术进行分析的基础上,优化了执行部件的布置与安装方案,设计了基于PLC控制器的电气控制硬件系统、软件程序和人机交互界面.改造后,该系统可实现自动化轨道吊的全自动倒闸操作,提高设备智能化、自动化程度.
Design of Remote Switching Operation Control System for High Voltage Cabinet of Automated Rail-mounted Gantry Cranes
Aiming at the low level of intelligence in the current automatic rail-mounted gantry cranes remote switching operation of container terminals,the impact on equipment operation and maintenance efficiency,and the existence of operational safety hazards,a renovation plan for the remote switching operation control system of high voltage cabinets is proposed.Based on the analysis of key technologies for system implementation,the layout and installation plan of execution components are completed,and an electrical control hardware system,software program,and human-computer interaction interface based on PLC controller are designed.This system can achieve fully automatic switching operation of automatic rail-mounted gantry cranes,improving the intelligence and automation level of equipment.
