Collaborative Handling Operation Process of Automated Container Terminal Portal Cranes and IGV
To address the complexity of human-machine interaction operation in automated container terminals,a collaborative handling operation between portal cranes and intelligent guided vehicles is proposed. This process achieves efficient collaborative handling operation through precise traffic flow planning, reasonable spacing between operations, scientific operation sequence and regulation mechanism, and efficient interactive operation mechanism construction. The practical application results show that this process can improve operational safety, enhance the handling efficiency of automated transportation equipment, and provide reference for traditional container terminals to upgrade to automation.
