The steel structure of quayside container crane is composed of many box girders,in which the left and right girders of the front and rear girders are generally connected rigidly by five small contact beams.On the basis of the demonstration of the small box girder turning and lifting program connecting the front and rear girders,a kind of turning and shifting hoisting program is proposed,and the main points of the hoisting process of lugs turning and hoisting and small box girder attachments are given.This program can improve the efficiency and safety of small box girder turning and shifting and accessory hoisting.
