摘要

长江中上游地区散货码头作业受大水位差、装卸船型吨级低、陆域纵深不足等条件制约,以重庆地区大水位差斜坡码头散货进口工艺方案为研究对象,给出一种新型套接双层伸缩皮带车输送工艺方案,阐述了趸船工艺和斜坡道工艺关键技术.该方案可更好地适应上游地区码头作业水位落差大、水位变化快等特点,为大水位差散货进口工艺设计提供借鉴.

Abstract

The operation of bulk cargo terminals in the upper and middle reaches of the Yangtze River is constrained by conditions such as large water level differences,low tonnage of handling ship types,and insufficient land depth.Taking the bulk cargo import process scheme of sloped terminals with large water level differences in Chongqing as the research object,a new type of double layered telescopic belt conveyor transport process scheme is proposed,and the key technologies of barge process and sloping ramp process are elaborated.This scheme can better adapt to the characteristics of large water level differences and rapid water level changes in upstream terminals operations,providing reference for the design of bulk imports processes with large water level differences.
