Aiming at the difficulty,complexity,and high cost of replacing the broken wheel bearings of the portal crane's walking mechanism during long-term operation,a new type of wheel bearings replacement process is proposed.The process involves modifying the original walking mechanism housing,motor,and wheel bearings to extend their service life,improve maintenance efficiency,and reduce maintenance costs.
