针对自动化集装箱码头卸船作业中存在的船舶贝位图信息失准问题,提出一种基于位置模式的船图卸船方法.该方法利用码头操作系统导入电子数据交换报文,生成基于形状的位置船图,能准确地将箱信息写入卸船位置,实现对卸船位置的精确定位,可有效解决传统卸船工艺中集装箱实际位置反映不准确、系统船图混乱及调度受阻等问题.实际应用案例表明,该方法可提升卸船作业的准确性、高效性和便利性.
Unloading Method of Automated Container Terminal Based on Location Ship Map
Aiming at the problem of misalignment of ship berth information in the unloading operation of automated container terminals,a ship map unloading method based on location pattern is proposed.The method uses the terminal operating system to import electronic data interchange messages to generate a shape-based location ship map,which can accurately write the container information into the unloading position and realize the accurate positioning of the unloading location.It can effectively solve the problems of inaccurate reflection of the actual location of the container in the traditional unloading process,chaotic system ship map and blocked scheduling.Practical application cases show that this method can improve the accuracy,efficiency and convenience of unloading operations.
