Aiming at the key problems such as poor adaptability of ordinary material conveying equipment in long-distance complex terrain environment and difficulty in two-way conveying materials,a long-distance two-way conveying pipe belt conveyor is designed.Key technologies such as turning belt technology,line optimization design,and material quality assurance in the process of two-way conveying of pipe belt conveyor are expounded.The line optimization design scheme of long-distance pipe belt conveyor is given.
