Mobile Transfer Power Supply Device for Rubber-Tyred Gantry Crane
In order to meet the green environmental protection requirements of the port for the rubber-tyred gantry crane,and reduce the number of equipment transfer power supply,the mobile transfer power supply device of the rubber-tyred gantry crane was developed.Optimized matching was achieved in the power capacity configuration and overload capacity of the battery pack and inverter unit;The integrated liquid cooling technology was adopted to realize the common source thermal management function of the battery pack,inverter unit and transformer;The energy management system was designed to realize the dynamic management and distribution of energy.The application test results show that the number of fixed transfer power supply can be reduced with the help of the mobile transfer power supply device,and the transfer demand of the rubber-tyred gantry crane can be met under the condition of reducing costs.
