卸船机司机室运行轨道采用工字钢,长时间作业后轨道易发生变形;司机室连接挂点存在缺陷,设备抗风能力不足,突发大风时可能造成司机室坠落.针对此问题,在对卸船机司机的安全性能评估基础上,给出了桥式抓斗卸船机司机室安全性能提升方案,即改进其结构,设计安装新的制动保护装置.应用效果表明,该方案实施可提高设备安全性能.
Safety Performance Improvement Scheme of Bridge-Type Grab Ship Unloader Driver's Cab
The operating track of the bridge-type grab ship unloader driver's cab is made of I-beam,and the track is prone to deformation after long-term operation.There are defects in the connection hanging point of the driver's cab,and the equipment has insufficient wind resistance,which may cause the driver's cab to fall when there is a sudden strong wind.Aiming at this problem,on the basis of evaluating the safety performance of the bridge-type grab ship unloader driver's cab,a safety performance scheme of the bridge-type grab ship unloader driver's cab of is given,and its structure is improved,and a new brake protection device is designed and installed.The application effect shows that the implementation of this scheme can improve the safety performance of the equipment.
