自动化集装箱码头单小车岸边集装箱起重机的陆侧需要放置舱盖板等杂物,IGV的上下档通道需根据船舶的靠泊位置来进行调整.因有限的前沿空间无法设置IGV固定停车位置,且IGV在前往岸桥作业途中由于交通拥堵、设备故障等各种因素,会降低IGV利用率和岸桥作业效率.针对此问题,设计一种利用上档通道临时停车的策略,建立岸桥对卸船IGV需求迫切度模型,从而实现多岸桥间IGV的均衡分配.结果表明,该方案可以提升IGV的利用率,有效减少岸桥处IGV的断档数量,提升码头的运营效率.
IGV Efficient Gearshift Design of Automated Container Terminal
The landside of the single-trolley quaysied container crane in an automated container terminal needs to place sundries such as hatch plates,and the upper and lower gears of the IGV need to be adjusted according to the berthing position of the ship.Due to the limited front space,the fixed parking position of the IGV cannot be set,and the IGV will reduce the utilization rate of the IGV and the operation efficiency of the shore bridge due to various factors such as traffic congestion and equipment failure on the way to the shore bridge.Aiming at this problem,a strategy of using the upper gears channel to temporarily park is designed,and a model of the urgency of the demand for the unloading IGV of the shore bridge is established,so as to realize the balanced distribution of IGVs among the multi-shore bridges.The results show that this scheme can improve the utilization rate of the IGV,effectively reduce the number of IGV.
