摘要

针对堆取料机与地面皮带转接时物料下落方向与地面皮带运转方向发生反向冲击,以及挡料板无法有效调节落料点的问题,给出了堆取料机料斗多向调节装置方案.该装置应用后,可明显改善地面皮带跑偏情况,保障作业流量.

Abstract

Aiming at the reverse impact between the falling direction of the material and the running direction of the ground belt when the stacker and the ground belt are transferred,and the problem that the baffle plate cannot effectively adjust the blanking point,the research and development plan of the multi-directional adjustment device of the hopper of the stacker reclaimer is given.After the application of the device,it can significantly improve the deviation of the ground belt and ensure the operation flow.
