On-line Transformation Scheme of Coal Transportation Automation System in Bulk Cargo Terminal
In order to solve the problems of system reliability,interface compatibility,and personnel adaptability encountered in the on-line transformation of coal transportation automation system from PLC system to DCS system in intelligent power plant and smart port construction,a safe and reliable online transformation plan is given,its transformation difficulties are analyzed,and its transformation plan is expounded.After the system transformation is completed,its operation reliability can be improved,the control system type and operation interface of power plant and terminal can be unified,and the requirements of integrated control of intelligent power plant and automatic loading and unloading of smart port can be met.
