Development of Automatic Anchoring System for Portal Crane
In order to solve the problem that the traditional anchoring system of portal crane relies on labor and takes a long time,the automatic anchoring system of portal crane is designed,and the technical scheme of anchoring in place detection,anchoring plug board automatic anchoring,windproof cable automatic anchoring,and electrical control system design is given.The manual anchor and manual windproof cable of portal crane are transformed into electric control,and the sensor is used to achieve precise positioning,which can realize one-button anchoring in the driver's room,providing safety for the automated operation of portal crane.
