摘要

为减少岸边集装箱起重机吊具在船舱内带箱快速下降时,因单边受阻引起的吊具和集装箱倾斜现象,确保司机能及时发现搁舱事故,从搁舱时上架左右钢丝绳受力偏差数据、钢丝绳拉力总和变化情况、搁舱事故典型特征 3 个方面,分析了搁舱事故状态,给出了相应的预防措施.

Abstract

In order to reduce the tilt phenomenon of the spreader and the container caused by the unilateral obstruction of the quayside container crane spreader when the container is rapidly lowered in the ship's cabin,and to ensure that the driver can detect the accident of the cabin in time,the force deviation data of the left and right wire ropes on the shelf when the cabin is placed,the change of the sum of the wire rope tension,and the typical characteristics of the cabin accident are analyzed.
