摘要

结合工程实例,介绍了超宽幅箱梁高架桥的方案设计和结构设计.从莞高速常平段与常平环镇道路共线布置,以高架桥形式通过.通过比较方案的适用性和经济性,选择超宽幅的整体连续箱梁和H形桥墩作为常平高架桥的结构形式.详细介绍了超宽幅箱梁的构造,分别采用梁格体系模型、板单元模型分析了箱梁在偏心荷载下的力学行为,获得了箱梁的偏载系数,以作为纵向分析之用,最后对箱梁纵向和横梁的结构进行分析.本高架桥设计为同类桥梁的方案设计和结构设计提供了经验.

Abstract

Combined with specific engineering, scheme design and structure design of super-wide and elevated bridge are introduced in this paper. Changping Section of Cong-Guan Expressway and Changping Town Ring Road with collinear arrangement, crossed by the viaduct. By comparing the applicability and economy of the scheme, super-wide and overall continuous box beam and pier as H are selected for the structure of Changping Viaduct. Super-wide box girder structure is described in detail, mechanical behavior of box beam under the eccentric loads are analyzed by beam grid system model and plate element model, eccentric-loaded coefficient of the box beam is obtained and used in the longitudinal analysis of the box girder. Last, vertical and cross beam structure are analyzed. Design of this viaduct provides experience for the scheme design and structure design of similar bridges.
