道面混凝土气孔结构与抗冻性的研究

摘要
混凝土中的气孔结构对抗冻性有重要影响.通过系统地试验,分析了道面混凝土中含气量与气泡间距系数、抗冻性之间的关系.结果表明,对于干硬性的道面混凝土:当含气量大于3%,气泡间距系数小于450 μm时,可达到300次抗冻要求;当含气量在4%左右,气泡间距系数小于350 μm时,可达到500次抗冻要求.
Abstract
Air void structure of concrete affect the frost resistance. By systemic experiments, the relations of air content, spacing coefficient of air void and frost resistance are analyzed. The results indicate that for non-plastic pavement concrete, when air content is more than 3 % or spacing coefficient of air void is less than 450 μm,' freeze-thaw number is more than 300; when air content is about 4% or spacing coefficient is less than 350 μm, freeze-thaw number is more than 500.
