A Study of Safety Evaluation Method of Highway Alignment Based on Hintsoft
Improving the safety of alignment is a main approach to reduce the internal unsafe hidden danger,yet how to evaluate it fast and accurately is often a difficult problem in highway alignment design.The necessity and urgency of safety evaluation for highway alignment design is elaborated at first,and then,the evaluation indicators centered by operating speed compatibility are introduced followed by evaluation criterion; besides,the section-based method and specific formula for calculating operating speed is put forward as the basic theory.Subsequently,interactive modeling method for evaluating safety of highway alignment using HintV85 software is proposed; finally,a sample application is provided.Theresult indicated that the method introduced above can improve the safety reliability to design highway alignment and promote interactive highway safety design.
