智慧高速公路总体设计

经过近20年持续大规模建设,国家高速公路网主骨架已基本形成,发展重心由建设为主转向建管养并重.在分析当前我国高速公路信息化、智能化发展不足的基础上,提出引入互联网思维和技术,对传统高速公路机电系统进行重构和再造,建设智慧高速公路.构建了智慧高速公路总体框架,能够实现省域高速公路监控管理、应急指挥、辅助决策管理、业务管理、出行信息服务的信息化、智能化.智慧高速公路未来的发展趋势是引入车路通信(LTE-V)技术,从而构成真正意义上的开放互联的高速公路,实现人—车—路—环境智能协同.
Overall Design of Smart Expressway
After nearly 20 years of sustained large-scale construction, the main arteries of national highway network have been basically formed,and the development focus has changed.In this article based on the analysis of the current development of China's highway information technology, internet thinking and technology are introduced to re-construct the traditional highway mechanical and electrical system and build smart expressways.The general framework of intelligent highway is established which can realize the informatization and intellectualization of provincial highway monitoring and management, emergency command, assistant decision-making management, business management, and information service.The future development trend of intelligent highway is the introduction of vehicle road communication (LTE-V) technology, which constitutes the true sense of the open interconnection of the highway, and the realization of intelligent collaboration of people-car-road-environment.
