Research on Quality Assessment Methods for FLS Casting Subgrade
Foam lightweight soil(FLS)casting masses are cement-based material with defects such as micro-cracks,shrinkage cracks, pushing layers, fusion and defoaming. The drilling method and the light cone dynamic penetration method are used to test the quality of the casting masses in order to verify the feasibility and reliability of the two methods for the quality assessment of the casting masses. The results show that under the premise that the FLS is cast according to the construction requirements, the core samples taken by drilling method are smooth and integral, and the discreteness of unconfined compressive strength is small, which can directly confirm the quality of FLS masses on site. The uniformity of the FLS masses can be directly determined by the change of the number of hits. The number of hits penetrating 30 cm depth has a good linear relationship with the corresponding unconfined compressive strength, and the compressive strength of the FLS masses can be predicted by the regression formula.
