光热因素对环氧沥青混合料路用性能的劣化影响研究

为了分析光热因素对环氧沥青混合料路用性能的影响,基于室内老化处理,开展了高温稳定性试验、抗裂性能试验、浸水稳定性试验和弯曲疲劳寿命试验.研究结果表明:环氧沥青混合料的路用性能会随着老化时间增加或老化因素叠加而受到明显的劣化影响;热氧老化对环氧沥青混合料所造成的性能损伤远超过光氧老化,因此在耦合老化中占据主导地位;耦合老化处理后的环氧沥青混合料在车辙深度、最大弯拉应变和断裂能等指标中仍能表现出良好的性能水平.
Research on the Deteriorating Impact of Photo-Thermal Factors on the Pavement Performance of Epoxy Asphalt Mixtures
To analyze the influence of photo-thermal factors on the performance of epoxy asphalt mixtures,based on indoor aging treatment,the high-temperature stability tests,crack resistance tests,immersion stability tests,and bending fatigue life tests are carried out.The study reveals that the road performance of epoxy asphalt mixtures deteriorates significantly with increased aging time or the accumulation of aging factors.Thermal-oxygen aging induces far greater performance damage to epoxy asphalt mixtures than photo-oxygen aging,making it the dominant factor in coupled aging.Epoxy asphalt mixtures subjected to coupled aging treatments still exhibit favorable performance levels in indicators such as rut depth,maximum tensile strain,and fracture energy.
