适用于智能健康监测平台构建的Revit-ANSYS协同分析

打造BIM数字模型与结构健康监测技术相结合的智能健康监测平台,可更好地利用结构健康监测数据,实时掌握结构的工作状态.但BIM模型不能直接在结构层面进行有限元计算分析,限制了智能健康监测平台应用的广度与深度.为将BIM数字模型与有限元分析模型进行交互融合,提出一种基于Revit与ANSYS软件的协同建模分析方法:首先建立结构BIM数字模型,并利用Revit API技术,实现Revit端BIM模型信息向ANSYS的有效传递,而后在ANSYS端将所获取BIM模型信息利用APDL语言二次处理,完成有限元模型的建立并进行结构数值模拟计算.基于此方法,以某三跨连续梁桥为例,对该协同分析方法的有效性与准确性进行了验证.
Revit-ANSYS Collaborative Analysis Applicable to the Construction of Intelligent Health Monitoring Platform
Building an intelligent health monitoring platform combining BIM digital model and structural health monitoring technology can make better utilize the structural health monitoring data and grasp the working status of the structure in real time.However,the BIM model cannot be calculated and analyzed directly at the structural level,which limits the breadth and depth of the application of intelligent health monitoring platform.In order to make interactive integration of BIM digital model and finite element analysis model,a collaborative modeling analysis method based on Revit and ANSYS software is proposed:firstly,the digital model of structural BIM is established,and the Revit API technology is used to realize the effective transmission of Revit BIM model information to ANSYS,and then the BIM model information obtained is processed by APDL language in ANSYS to complete the establishment of finite element model and carry out structural analysis and calculation.Based on this method,a three-span continuous beam bridge is taken as an example to verify the effectiveness and accuracy of the collaborative analysis method.
