摘要
分析了学者对桥梁性能退化规律和养护策略的研究成果,从基于机理的退化模型和基于统计规律的退化模型两个方面介绍了桥梁退化预测模型的研究进展,总结了桥梁养护维修决策模型的建立与解决方法;并从桥梁管理系统基本结构、评价与决策模块、维养对策与费用计算和维养方案优化等4个方面简述了优秀的桥梁管理系统.汇总的桥梁退化模型及维养养护管理决策的研究和应用进展,有助于帮助桥梁管理者在面对诸多不确定因素与资金紧张的情况下,获得最优策略,实现高效科学的桥梁管理.
Abstract
In the paper,the research results of Chinese and foreign scholars on the law of bridge performance degradation and maintenance strategy are analyzed,the research progress of bridge degradation prediction model are introduced from the perspectives of mechanic-based degradation and statistical law based degradation,and the establishment and solutions of bridge maintenance and repair decision model are summarized.The classic bridge management systems at home and abroad are elaborated in terms of the basic structure of bridge management system,evaluation and decision module,maintenance countermeasures and cost calculation,and maintenance program optimization.The research progress of bridge degradation models and maintenance management decisions at home and abroad that concluded in the paper can help bridge management personnel obtain the optimal strategy and realize efficient and scientific bridge management in the face of many uncertainties and financial constraints,and can provide useful reference for scientific bridge maintenance strategies.
