MORAČICA大桥地处的大峡谷是本区域的过风通道,常年有较大风力,尤其是冬春季节常有7~8级风,甚至可达11级。并且3号墩墩身最高为161 m,1号墩0号块高10。5 m,2号~5号墩0号块高11。5 m。恶劣天气与高墩给模板施工带来了严峻的考验。通过介绍MORACICA大桥如何在施工安全、优质高效的情况下顺利完成箱梁斜腹板模板安装的相关施工技术和经验,并通过方案比选、施工优化、过程控制等方面叙述,总结了高墩箱梁斜腹板模板安装中对模板线形、模板斜率、斜腹板顶面标高及结构稳定性的控制措施,为高墩箱梁斜腹板施工提供借鉴经验。
Installation Quality Control of Web Formwork of Box Girder for High Pier in Canyon Region
The MORACICA Bridge is located in a grand canyon where is a wind channel and with great wind all the year round,especially in the winter and spring season,the wind can reach force 7-8 level even up to 11 gale.The highest bridge Pier # 3 is 161m high,and that of pier # 0 block for Pier #1 is 10.5m,and for Pier #2-# 5 is 11.5m.The severe weather and high piers have brought ordeal to formwork construction.The construction technology and experience of inclined web template installation of the box girders for the MORACICA Bridge are introduced with the requirements of ensuring construction safety,quality and efficiency,and through elaborations on schemes comparison,construction optimization,process control and so on,controlling measures during the installation of inclined web slab formwork for high pier are concluded in terms of linearity,inclination ratio,elevation of inclined web slab surface and web structure stability,so as to provide reference for high pier box girder inclined web construction.
