强风环境下单肢——双肢变截面高墩施工关键技术

MORAČICA大桥桥墩采用单肢—双肢变截面形式,最高墩高达161 m,施工采用液压自爬模施工工艺.该桥位于大峡谷处,该峡谷是本区域的过风通道,常年有较大风力,尤其是冬春季节风力达到7~8级,有时可达11级.因此,墩身施工中要着重考虑大风天气对爬模施工的影响.依托黑山南北高速公路项目MORAČICA大桥高墩施工,讨论在强风恶劣环境下高墩施工时所采取的关键技术措施.
Discussions on the Key Technologies of Construction of High Pier with Variable Section under Strong Wind
The pier of MORAČICA Bridge adopts the form of variable cross section of one limb-two limbs,and the highest of which is 161m.In this project,the construction technology of hydraulic self-climbing formwork is applied.The Moracica Bridge is located in a grand canyon where is a wind channel and with great wind all the year round,especially in the winter and spring season,the wind can reach force 7-8 level even up to 11 gale.Therefore,the effect of wind on the hydraulic self-climbing form work technology should be considered during the construction of the pier.In the paper,relying on the construction of pier of Moracica Bridge in Montenegro North-South Highway Project,the key technical measures adopted in the construction of high pier in severe wind environment are discussed.
