摘要
黑山南北高速公路项目MORAČICA大桥P1~P5桥墩分为两种类型:P2~P4为中主墩,结构形式为上部90 m范围采用双薄壁断面,下部区域采用箱形断面;P1、P5桥墩采用双薄壁形式.大桥横跨当地欧洲八国主干线——E80国道,故大桥的外观成为了各界关注的焦点,在MORAČICA大桥墩身爬架混凝土施工中采取了有效控制措施,加强对混凝土表面平整度、光泽度、墩身棱角的质量控制以及混凝土外观成品保护,提升了 MORAČICA大桥外观质量和社会影响力.
Abstract
The piers of the MORACICA Bridge on the Smokovac-Uvac-Matesevo Highway Project is divided into two types:the main pier P2~P4 is with the structure of double thin-walled section for the top 90 m,and of box section for the lower part;the P1,P5 piers are double thin-walled section.The Bridge crosses E80 Highway,the main trunk road for eight countries,thus its appearance has become the focus of concern.During the climbing formwork concrete construction of pier shaft of the MORACICA Bridge,the smoothness,gloss,edges of piers,and the appearance of the finished product are the focus of technical control so as to improve the appearance of the bridge quality and social influence.
