摘要
支架预压作为一种被成功验证的手段,能有效地消除支架体系间的非弹性变形,现已被广泛运用于现代工程之中.在以欧标建设的黑山南北高速公路项目中,由于技术要求的特殊性,其有别于国内预压技术.通过结合Jabuka桥工程实例,介绍在东欧地区进行现浇梁组合钢管支架预压施工的关键技术及注意事项.同时,也为后续类似国际工程提供参考及借鉴.
Abstract
As a verification method,the preloading of the bracket can effectively eliminate the inelastic deformation between the bracket systems,and has been widely used in modern engineering.For the Bar-Boljare Highway project that built with the European standard,due to the special technical requirements,the requirements are different from the pre-compression technology in China.In this paper the key technologies and precautions for the prestressing construction of cast-in-situ composite steel pipe supports in Eastern Europe are introduced relying on the Jabuka Bridge engineering background,which can provide reference for subsequent international projects.
