摘要

以黑山南北高速公路的隧道工程为依托,利用MIDAS/Civi软件按照移动荷载综合分析法对二衬台车纵移平台进行设计、分析.通过介绍建模过程,对平台结构在台车作用下的刚度、强度、整体稳定性以及自振情况进行分析,得出平台在实际使用过程中会发生的最不利工况;采用有限元模型模拟台车在移动过程中的最不利工况,提出优化解决方案,指导现场施工.

Abstract

Taking the example of tunnel engineering of the North-Sourth Highway Project in Montenegro as the background,the MIDAS/Civi software is used to design and analyze the longitudinal moving platform of the inner lining trolley according to the comprehensive analysis method of moving load.By introducing the modeling process,the stiffness,strength,overall stability and natural vibration of the platform structure under the action of the trolley are analyzed,the most unfavorable working conditions that will occur in the actual use of the platform are obtained.In view of the above,an optimized solution is proposed to guide the on-site construction.
