基于黑山南北高速公路的东欧公路机电工程施工风险研究

黑山南北高速公路机电工程施工线路较长,子系统众多,且施工区域情况复杂,通过对项目桥隧构造物、机电工程主设计和施工方案,并结合项目所处环境、机电工程本身施工特点进行风险研究,主要梳理出自然、交通安全、偷盗、交叉作业和预留预埋等通用风险,以及与机电工程相关的高处坠落、触电事故、物体打击、机械伤害和坍塌事故等"五大伤害";同时还针对错误施工工艺带来的返工、整改风险,以及特殊设备安装和在莫拉查大桥、隧道等重点区域施工风险进行研究.研究结论除用于指导本工程建设外,还将为今后中国企业在东欧进一步从事公路机电工程建设提供指导依据.
Research on Construction Risks for the Electrical & Mechanical Systems in Highways in Eastern Europe Based on Bar-Boljare Highway Practice
The electric &mechanical system(E&M system)of Bar-Boljare Highway in the Republic of Montenegro is characterized by a long construction line,numerous subsystems,and complex construction areas.Through studies of the completed bridge and tunnel structures,the main design and preforming methodology of E&M system,and also taking into consideration the nature of the E&M works and the circumstances of the highway,analysis is conducted in this paper for construction risks in the E&M system,including general risks such as risks from the nature,traffic accident,theft,simultaneous multi-disciplinary construction,and risks more frequently happens in E&M constructions such as falling,electric shock,object hitting,machinery injury and collapse.Research is also made on the risk of corrections and reworks resulting from improper installation process,and of installing special equipment at key structures such as Moracica Bridge and tunnels.In addition to guiding the installation work of the mentioned project,the research results will be helpful for Chinese companies'risk control during construction of E&M system in Eastern Europe.
