Research on Key Procedures of Quality Control for Highway Construction in Central and Eastern Europe
In order to ensure the realization of the project quality management objectives,in the paper,based on the Bar-Boljare Highway project in Montenegro,the quality management of projects in the central and eastern European is explored.Based on the European quality management system and standards,combined with the domestic management concept,the control of key procedures are analyzed such as material quality management,daily quality inspections,Engineer's inspections and approvals,and project quality acceptance,focusing on the presentation of the quality requirements,quality control,quality management concepts for highway projects in the central and eastern Europe,and conclusions are made to better serve the project management in future.
