中东欧地区隧道施工OHS风险控制差异性研究

摘要
针对中国企业在中东欧基建市场隧道工程的不断增多,以黑山南北高速公路项目为工程背景,基于菲迪克条款定义下的EPC合同条件,探讨隧道施工活动中出现的各类因素对职业健康安全目标的影响和解决措施,研究中东欧地区高速公路隧道施工中OHS风险控制区别于国内施工的重难点,提出可行的施工建议,为同类工程施工及管理提供有益借鉴.
Abstract
In view of the increasing number of tunnel projects built by Chinese enterprises in the infrastructure market of Central and Eastern Europe,taking the North-South Motorway project in Montenegro as the engineering background and based on the EPC contract conditions and clauses defined by FIDIC,the influence of various factors in tunnel construction activities on occupational health and safety objectives and the solution measures are discussed.The importance and difficulty of OHS risk control in highway tunnel construction in Central and Eastern Europe compared with domestic construction are studied,and feasible construction suggestions are put forward to provide useful reference for the construction and management of similar projects.
