摘要
黑山南北高速公路项目地处欧洲,对设计工作与书面文件的闭合十分重视,设计作为DB项目的龙头与骨架,在欧洲的大环境下,是项目的开山之斧,并贯穿项目全施工周期,指导项目推进,重要性不言而喻.以项目为依托,对项目进展过程中的设计管理工作经验进行总结分析,提炼要素,为我国设计企业走向中东欧乃至欧洲市场践行"一带一路"倡议提供宝贵参考.
Abstract
The Bar-Boljare Highway Project in Montenegro is located in Europe,where places great emphasis on compliance and procedure closure when dealing with design issues and written documents.Design,as the leader and skeleton of DB projects,is the axe to break through the project and hence guide and advance the project throughout its complete construction period,the importance is self-evident.Based on the Bar-Boljare Highway Project,in the paper,the experience of design management works throughout the progress of the Project are concluded and analyzed,and the essential elements are refined to provide valuable reference for Chinese design firms when implementing the"Belt and Road"initiative in Central and Eastern Europe and even in the whole European markets.
