洞渣高填方路基沉降影响因素及其控制技术研究

为推进土木工程行业低碳化发展进程,利用隧道爆破洞渣作为高速公路路基填料,开展洞渣高填方路基沉降影响因素及填筑技术研究。依托贵州德余高速公路工程,利用MIDAS GTS软件建立高填方路基二维数值计算模型,阐述了分层填筑施工下路基位移场和应力场特征,分析了软基换填深度和分层夯实厚度对路基沉降的影响,并提出了洞渣填方路基沉降控制技术。结果表明:分层填筑施工最大沉降发生在路基底部;随着换填深度的增大,路基沉降逐渐减小,但换填深度超过2。5 m后,通过增大换填深度以减小路基沉降的控制效果不明显;随着分层夯实厚度的减小,路基沉降逐渐减小,分层夯实厚度小于4。5 m后路基沉降控制效果明显下降;利用连续级配方程对路基不同填筑部位填料级配进行设计,并采用分层错位强夯法施工的路基,沉降满足变形控制要求。
Research on Influencing Factors of Settlement and Construction Technology of High Filling Subgrade with Muck
In order to promote the low-carbon development process of the civil engineering industry,tunnel blasting muck is used as highway subgrade filler,and the research on the influencing factors of subgrade settlement and filling technology of high-fill muck are carried out.Relying on the Dejiang-Yuqing Expressway project in Guizhou,a two-dimensional numerical calculation model of high-fill subgrade is established by using MIDAS GTS,the characteristics of subgrade displacement field and stress field under layered filling construction are expounded.The effects of soft foundation replacement depth and layered compaction thickness on subgrade settlement are analyzed,and a muck-filled subgrade settlement control technology is proposed.The results show that the maximum settlement occurs at the bottom of the subgrade during layered filling.With the increase of the filling depth of soft ground,the subgrade settlement gradually decreases.After the filling depth of soft soil foundation exceeds 2.5 m,the effect of reducing the settlement control of the subgrade by increasing the filling depth is not obvious.With the decrease of the layered compaction thickness,the subgrade settlement gradually decreases.The layered tamping thickness is less than 4.5 m,the subgrade settlement control effect decreases significantly.The gradation of fillers for different filling parts of the subgrade is designed by continuous stage formula,and the settlement of the subgrade constructed by layered dislocation strong compaction method meets the requirements of deformation control.
