摘要

大跨径敞开式K形钢桁架的设计和建设案例较少,顶推施工难度较大.依托螺溪洲大桥工程,对大跨长联敞开式K形钢桁架顶推施工的关键技术进行研究,利用有限元软件Midas Civil对其顶推施工全过程开展了模拟和分析,校核了钢桁架和导梁的强度,并对各个状态下的顶推力进行了计算,同时校核了临时墩的强度.分析计算结果显示,钢桁架、导梁及临时墩柱在顶推法施工中均可达到结构的受力要求,采用有限元方法可有效预测顶推施工中基础和临时墩的顶推力大小.

Abstract

There are few cases of design and construction of large span open K-shaped steel trusses,and the difficulty of incremental launching construction is relatively high.In the paper the key technologies of the large-span and long connected open K-type steel truss launching construction are studied based on the Luoxizhou Bridge project.The whole process of the incremental launching construction is simulated and analyzed using the finite element software Midas Civil,and the strength of the steel truss and guide beam are checked.The launching force under various working conditions is calculated,and the strength of the temporary pier is checked.The research results indicate that the steel truss,guide beam,and temporary pier can meet the structural stress requirements during the jacking construction process,and the use of finite element method can effectively predict the magnitude of the jacking force of the foundation and temporary pier during the jacking construction.
