Explorations on the Transportation Leading Development Path in Xiong'an New Area from the Perspective of New Development Concept
The new development concept is the scientific guide to promote development under the new historical conditions.Xiong'an New Area is positioned as an"innovative development demonstration area for implementing the new development concept".Transport being the pilot of modernization of China,the transportation of Xiong'an new area should set a good example and take the lead in the comprehensive,accurate and complete implementation of the new development concept.After the profound connotation of running the new development concept through the whole process of transportation-first is accurately grasped,the main focus of promoting the sustainable and healthy development of transportation are put forward from the five aspects of innovation,coordination,greening,openness and sharing at a new starting point.According to the functional orientation of"pioneer","main skeleton"and"relief carrier"of transportation in the planning and construction of Xiong'an new area,it is considered that transportation should well carry the important historical mission of implementing the millennium plan of Xiong'an new area.Focusing on the long-term strategic planning and effective practice of the 15 main directions of transportation development in Xiong'an new area,and systematically deconstructing the experience,measures and schemes of fully grasping,accurately understanding and comprehensively implementing the new development concept can provide an important reference for accelerating the pilot construction of a transportation power in Xiong'an new area and building a transportation demonstration benchmark for implementing the new development concept.
