Research on Key Driving Factors and Associated Paths of Highway Quality Management
The construction of highway quality projects plays a crucial role in implementing supply-side structural reforms in transportation infrastructure,making it a significant measure for the transport industry.During the construction of high-quality highway projects,the behavior of quality management greatly influences the achievement of quality goals.In the paper,an in-depth analysis of the essence of engineering quality and engineering quality management is carried out based on existing research;20 factors that affect highway quality management are concluded,and the relationships between these factors are comprehensively examined using the ISM method,so as to enhance people's systematic understanding of the relations among the 20 influencing factors in quality management.Furthermore,the MICMAC approach is employed on the foundation of ISM to identify the key driving factors and study their correlation paths.The research findings highlight that the factors influencing highway quality management can be categorized into eight levels,with government regulation and scientific and technological innovation identified as the root cause factors and key driving factors that necessitate focused control.Ultimately,based on the conclusions drawn from the ISM-MICMAC analysis,some countermeasures and recommendations are put forward for quality management,providing a theoretical basis for the efficient development of quality management in the future.
