实现高速公路的数字孪生需构建能够全面、综合、准确地描述公路物理实体的孪生场景.研究了基于游戏引擎的公路数字孪生底座构建方法,通过地图投影转换和统一偏移量将BIM模型与GIS场景集成游戏引擎,对制约孪生场景性能的原因进行分析并提出优化方案,研究方法在山东省济南至潍坊高速公路进行了应用验证.结果表明:运用论文方法解决了 BIM+GIS坐标系及数据来源不统一的问题,实现了二者在空间上的准确集成;研发了项目协同管理平台,基于统一编码体系实现了工序管控等业务功能;平台运行帧率达到30及以上,性能良好;采用问卷调研总结了方法的优势、不足和改进计划.基于游戏引擎搭建的公路数字孪生底座具备良好的可视化呈现和服务能力,游戏引擎技术在公路行业应用前景广阔.
To realize digital twinning of highway,it is necessary to construct twinning scenarios that can comprehensively,synthetically,and accurately describe the physical entity of the highway.The construction method of highway digital twinning foundation based on game engine is studied,the BIM model is integrated with GIS scene by map projection transformation and unified offset of the game engine,the reasons that restrict the performance of twin scene are analyzed and an optimization scheme is proposed,and the research method is applied and verified on the Jinan-Weifang Expressway in Shandong Province.It is shown that the method of the paper can be used to resolve the inconsistency between the BIM+GIS coordinate system and the data source,and to achieve an accurate integration of the two in space.A project collaboration management platform is developed based on a unified coding system to implement business functions such as process control,and the platform runs at a frame rate of 30 and above with excellent performance.By means of questionnaire,the strengths,weaknesses and improvement plans of the methodology are summarized.Road digital twinning bases built on top of the game engine have superior visual presentation and service capabilities,and the game engine technology has found a wide range of applications in the highway industry.
