摘要
将平衡设计法应用到最佳再生剂掺量的确定流程中,致力于确定更加合适的最佳再生沥青,拓展平衡设计法的应用与再生沥青的整体性能.以流变学性能为最佳再生剂掺量确定指标,车辙因子确定上限,S值与m值确定下限,以此范围综合确定最佳再生剂掺量,并通过常规沥青试验、红外光谱等试验进行性能验证.结果表明:通过平衡设计法确定的再生沥青各项常规沥青指标符合规范要求;红外光谱试验表明再生沥青的沥青各组分与新沥青相近,扫描电镜试验表明再生沥青的流变性能明显改善.综上,平衡设计法理念能够应用到再生剂掺量的确定中,且再生沥青的性能能够达到新沥青的使用标准.
Abstract
In this paper,the balance design method is applied to determine the optimal regenerant dosage so as to ascertain more suitable and optimal recycled asphalt,and to expand the application of the balance design method and the overall performance of the recycled asphalt.The rheological performance is used as the index to determine the optimal regenerant dosage,the rutting factor to determine the upper limit,the S value and the m value to determine the lower limit,and the optimal regenerant dosage is comprehensively determined within this range.The conventional asphalt test,infrared spectroscopy and other tests are further to carried out to verify the performance.The results show that:the conventional asphalt indexes of the recycled asphalt determined by the balance design method meet the requirements of the specification;the infrared spectrum test shows that the asphalt components of the recycled asphalt are similar to the new asphalt,and the scanning electron microscope(SEM)test shows that the rheological properties of the recycled asphalt are significantly improved.In conclusion,the concept of the balanced design method can be applied to the determination of the dosage of the regenerant,and the performance of the recycled asphalt can meet the service standard of the new asphalt.
