Effect Analysis of Comprehensive Reinforcement Scheme for Small-distance Tunnel Passing through Rock Pile
When the tunnel passes through the rock pile in mountain area, the excavation disturbance is easy to cause the local or whole instability failure of the overlying rock pile, which leads to the engineering geological disaster. In this paper,a tunnel with a small clean distance through a rock pile is taken as the engineering background.FLAC-3D numerical software is used to carry out numerical simulation calculation. The simulation calculation is carried out on three conditions:no reinforcement measures for the tunnel surrounding rock, only grouting reinforcement above the tunnel, and anchor cable reinforcement of the exit section slope combined with grouting reinforcement above the tunnel. The surface deformation of the rock pile, the settlement of the arch in the tunnel and the settlement deformation trend of the surrounding rock over the tunnel are compared and analyzed, and the implementation effects of dif-ferent reinforcement schemes are evaluated. The results show that the integrated reinforcement scheme of anchor cable support combined with stratum grouting can effectively restrain the deformation of rock pile under the disturbance of tunnel excavation, and help to improve the stability of rock pile. The deformation of rock pile is relatively small, and the whole rock pile is in a safe state.Stratum grouting has a good effect on controlling the settlement of vault in tunnel. The comprehensive reinforcement scheme can better solve the engineering problems caused by the small clear distance tunnel passing through the rock pile, and can provide a certain reference for similar projects.
