In the paper,the Huixian South Interchange at the ending point of the Hebi to Xinxiang Section of Anyang to Xinxiang Expressway(An-Xin Expressway)is taken as the study object.From the perspective of mutual communication to meet the traffic function,combined with the surrounding status of expressways,villages,high-voltage lines and other control factors,three schemes are proposed.Comparisons are carried out respectively from the land occupation area,project cost,construction difficulty,and finally Scheme 1 is selected as the recommended scheme.Scheme 1 combines the existing Huixian South Interchange into a composite interchange,which can not only solve the functions of traffic conversion between An-Xin Expressway and other expressways but also realize the functions of serving the surrounding towns.Scheme 1 can also avoid the formation of a five way hub interchange between An-Xin Expressway,Heze-Baoji Expressway and Zhengzhou-Huixian Expressway to increase project cost and land occupation.The paper solves the traffic conversion problem among multiple expressways from another perspective,which can provide reference for other similar projects.
