Manufacturing Technology of Ultra-high Variable Width Steel Box Girder in the Non-navigable Hole Bridge Curve in the Shallow Area of the Shenzhen-Zhongshan Link Project
The 60 m non-navigable hole bridge in the shallow area of the Shenzhen to Zhongshan Link Project adopts curved ultra-high variable width steel box continuous beam.According to the structural form of the bridge,the manufacturing difficulties are analyzed,and the steel box girder manufacturing is divided into three main procedures:plate unit manufacturing,integral segment assembly and large section assembly.The key processes and equipment of plate unit manufacturing are expounded,and the process flow and control points of overall segment assembly and large segment assembly are formulated,the manufacturing process is reasonable and feasible,the assembly accuracy is accurate,and various technical problems in the manufacturing process of ultra-high variable width steel box girder with flat curve and linear shape are solved.
