Implementation Path of Zero Carbon Service Area on Hainan Tropical Island
In the context of global carbon trade policy development,in order to enhance the competitiveness of Hainan Free Trade Port commodities, promote the smooth realization of the national"double carbon"goal, and help the low-carbon transformation and development of Hainan's transportation, the energy consumption data during the operation period of Hainan provincial service areas on expressways are collected, the characteristics and influencing factors of carbon emissions are analyzed, and by combining the development requirements of Hainan Free Trade Port and the characteristics of tropical islands, the implementation path system of zero-carbon service area is constructed.Through the implementation of the zero-energy building renovation project, renewable energy utilization project, vegetation carbon sink enhancement project, and zero carbon smart control project, the service areas will achieve carbon emission reduction, carbon substitution, carbon sink increase, and carbon control,so that the service areas will have a good sustainable carbon neutrality capability, and provide theory and experience for the overall realization of zero carbon operation of the expressway service areas in Hainan Province.
