深中通道沉管隧道管节拖航浮运编队研究

为解决在复杂海域环境下的深中通道沉管隧道在长距离、浮运航道尺寸受限的管节拖航过程中操纵性差、易出现失控乃至搁浅等问题,对沉管管节的拖航编队形式进行研究,提出一种首尾各1条拖轮吊拖、两侧4条拖轮利用沉放驳及其上的浮运辅助设备傍拖、2艘拖轮随管节应急的沉管管节拖航编队形式。结果表明:首尾各1条拖轮能更好地控制管节航行方向,4条傍拖通过沉放驳及其上的浮运辅助设备与管节连成一个整体,能精准、高效地控制管节航迹线,2艘应急拖轮在必要时可加入抵抗横流,确保管节拖航浮运过程中的安全。
Research on the Towing and Floating Transportation Formation of Immersed Tunnel Sections in Shenzhen-Zhongshan Link Project
In order to solve the problems of poor maneuverability,easy loss of control,and even grounding during the towing process of immersed tube tunnels in Shenzhen-Zhongshan Link Project in complex marine environments,long distances,and limited floating channel sizes,a towing formation for immersed tube joints is studied.A towing formation of immersed segment is proposed that one tugboat at each end,four tugboats on both sides using sinking barges and their floating auxiliary equipment,and two tugboats arranged with segments for emergency.The results show that one tugboat at each end can better control the navigation direction of the tube section,and four side tugboats are connected to the segment as a whole through the sinking barge and its floating auxiliary equipment,which can accurately and efficiently control the segment trajectory.Two emergency tugboats can be added to resist cross currents when necessary,ensuring safety during the segment towing process.
