深中通道块石抛夯设备的研发与应用

摘要
深中通道块石抛夯船集定位测量、深水抛夯、高程自检为一体,其关键技术及装备均采用世界领先技术,具有自动化程度高、施工管理系统先进、抗风浪能力强等优点;研制的具有自主知识产权的外海深水基床抛夯施工管理控制系统,实现了块石抛夯与质量检测的自动化控制.应用在深中通道的施工中,不但能够满足深中通道沉管隧道基础施工的要求,而且对促进我国交通建设技术进步、提升我国跨海通道建设综合实力具有十分重要的意义.
Abstract
The key technology and equipment of the stone-throwing and ramming ship in Shenzhen-Zhongshan Link adopt the world's leading technology,with high degree of automation,advanced construction management system and strong ability to resist wind and waves,which can not only meet the requirements for the construction of the immersed tunnel foundation in the deep and middle passage,but also have great significance in promoting the technical progress of China's transportation construction and improving the comprehensive capabilities of China's sea-crossing passages construction.
