为适应现有项目先铺法沉管隧道工程施工需求,结合深中通道项目建设工程S08标施工实际情况,基于块石基础及碎石垫层施工等多波束水深测量采集的数据,利用HYPACK软件TIN模型分析并绘制成色块差值图,以一种快速可靠的新思路和新方法分析施工质量,有效满足了深中通道沉管隧道项目的生产决策需要,在工期短、工序繁多的不利条件下,以高精度、高标准的成绩全部完成管节安装,并全部满足验收评定标准。
Application of HYPACK-TIN Model in Pre-laid Immersed Tunnel Engineering
In order to meet the construction needs of the existing project with the immersed tunnel constructed by pre-laying method,relying on the actual construction situation of S08 contract section of the Shenzhen-Zhongshan Link Project,and based on the data collected by multi-beam water depth measurement such as block foundation and gravel cushion construction,the HYPACK software TIN model is used to analyze and draw the color block difference map,through which the construction quality is analyzed with a fast and reliable new idea and new method,thus effectively meets the construction decision-making needs of the immersed tunnel project in the Shenzhen-Zhongshan Link Project.Under the unfavorable conditions of short construction period and various construction processes,the installation of tube sections is completed with high precision and high standards,and all acceptance evaluation standards are met.
