大跨径斜拉桥锚固区疲劳性能及设计优化研究

锚箱式连接形式广泛应用于大跨径斜拉桥中.目前对这种锚固结构的疲劳受力机理以及参数变化对结构受力性能的影响等方面尚不明确,采用常规力学分析难以探究结构的实际工作状态.为研究斜拉桥锚箱结构受力规律,以南中高速横门西特大桥为依托工程,建立有限元分析模型,对塔上钢锚梁和钢锚箱进行疲劳性能及参数分析.结果表明,塔上钢锚梁和钢锚箱结构在大索力状态下均未出现疲劳破坏;调整结构参数可以显著改善结构应力集中问题.在参数分析的基础上提出了索梁锚固结构设计优化建议,可提高锚固结构受力性能.
Research on Fatigue Performance and Design Optimization of Anchorage Zone of Long-span Cable-stayed Bridge
Anchor box connection is widely used in long-span cable-stayed bridges.At present,the fatigue mechanism of the anchorage structure and the influence of parameter changes on the mechanical performance are not clear.It is difficult to explore the actual working state of the structure by conventional mechanical analysis.In order to explore the stress law of anchor box structure of cable-stayed bridge,a finite element analysis model is established based on Hengmenxi Bridge of Nansha-Zhongshan Expressway.The fatigue performance and parameter analysis of steel anchor beam and steel anchor box on the tower are carried out.The results show that the steel anchor beam and steel anchor box structure on the tower have no fatigue damage under the condition of large cable force.Adjusting structural parameters can significantly improve the structural stress concentration problem.Through parameter analysis,the optimization suggestions of cable-girder anchorage structure design are put forward,which can improve the mechanical performance of anchorage structure.
