Comprehensive Performance Evaluation System for Zero Carbon Highways Based on Cloud Model
The development of zero-carbon expressways is a necessary path to achieve the green transformation and intelligent transition of road transportation,as well as realize the"dual-carbon goals"in road transportation. In the paper,a systematic investigation and analysis of the construction of zero-carbon highways is carried out,the conceptual framework of zero-carbon highways is proposed, and an evaluation indicator system for zero-carbon highways is established which comprises of six aspects:resource conservation, ecological protection, technological innovation, intelligent transportation, service sharing, and education demonstration. The indicator weights are determined by combining the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)and Entropy Weight Method, and a zero-carbon highway classification and evaluation method based on the Maximum Membership Degree Fuzzy Cloud Model is developed.Taking the Panzhihua-Dali Expressway as background, the evaluation system is validated, and the results indicate that the proposed indicator system is comprehensive and reasonable, and the evaluation method is simple and feasible, demonstrating the rationality and practicality of the indicator system.
