Grid Management of Wuhan Intelligent and Connected Vehicle Testing Field Program Based on BIM5D
Centralized control and collaborative management of sub-projects are needed in program management.Grid management provides agile response and overall dynamic and orderly coordinated management through management space hierarchy and classification,information integration and closed-loop control.BIM5D digital project management platform and related technologies are adopted as technical support for information feedback and processing communication of grid management.In the paper,the organization structure design,grid division,operation mechanism,information integration management,detailed schedule management,quality and safety management methods of the Wuhan intelligent connected vehicle test field program management are explored based on the grid management mode and BIM5D platform.The research results can provide reference for similar complex construction program management.
