摘要

为了提高旅游公路服务设施规模测算的合理性、精确性和效率等,聚焦仅包括高速公路外其他等级道路,特别是国省道及农村公路建设的旅游公路服务设施,分析了研究对象的类型和分级,并对各级服务设施的主要配套设施进行了重点梳理.提出了适用于旅游公路的预测年限下的远景交通量计算方法,从交通安全与旅游资源吸引力两方面考虑构建了驶入率计算模型,并结合用地条件、功能需求、地形、使用频率、各功能分区间数量关系及型式等定量计算出服务设施规模.本研究将形成一套旅游公路服务设施规模定量化、精细化且合理化测算的基础理论与量度方法,为新时期交旅融合背景下旅游公路服务设施设计及建设提供一种创新性的研究思路和设计范式.

Abstract

In order to improve the rationality,accuracy and efficiency of scale measurement of tourist highway service facilities,focusing on the tourist highway facilities that for non-expressways,especially the national highways,provincial highways and rural roads,the types and classifications of tourist highway service facilities are analyzed,and the main supporting facilities of tourist highway service facilities at all levels are sorted out.The prospective traffic volume calculation method applicable to tourist highways in the predicted years is proposed.The calculation model of driving in rate is constructed from two aspects:traffic safety and tourism resource attraction.The scale of service facilities is calculated quantitatively by combining land use conditions,functional requirements,terrain,use frequency,quantity relationship and type among functional divisions.This study will form a set of basic theories and measurement methods for quantitative,refined and rational measurement of the scale of tourist highway service facilities and provide an innovative research idea and design paradigm for the design and construction of tourist highway service facilities in the context of transportation and tourism integration in the new era.
